Plaintiff Melanie Chantell Latronica, proceeding pro se, filed a complaint in this action

16 on September 12, 2016, along with an application to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff’s
17 application demonstrates entitlement to proceed without prepayment of fees. Notwithstanding
18 this order, the Court does not direct that service be undertaken until the Court screens the
19 complaint in due course and issues its screening order.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma
20
21 pauperis is GRANTED.
22 IT IS SO ORDERED.
