Plaintiff Margie Santoyo filed this action for review of the final decision of the Social
16 Security Commission on September 21, 2016. On April 24, 2017, the parties filed a stipulation
17 for remand pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (“stipulation for remand”). (ECF
18 No. 11.) Based upon the parties’ stipulation for remand, IT IS ORDERED that the above19 captioned action be remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security for further proceedings
20 consistent with the terms of the stipulation for remand. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to
21 enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant, reversing the final decision of the
22 Commissioner, and close this action.
