R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii)). Once such a notice is filed, the action is 21 “automatically terminate[d].” Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997). 22 23 Accordingly, the Court ORDERS: The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to close this action in light of the Notice pursuant to Rule 41(a). 24 25 26 27 IT IS SO ORDERED.
