Colvin, 15 Acting Commissioner of Social Security, through their undersigned attorneys, 16 stipulate, subject to this court’s approval, to extend the time by 30 days from June 17 9, 2017 to July 10, 2017 for Plaintiff to file a Opening Brief, with all other dates in 18 the Court’s Order Concerning Review Of Social Security Cases extended 19 accordingly. This is Plaintiff's first request for extension. Counsel’s firm lost an 20 attorney last June and both replacements prior to the last two months were not able 21 to continue. Counsel firm has hired two new attorneys who are in the process of 22 training and are becoming able to take on more tasks. Counsel is working with an 23 associate on this case and additional time is needed to complete the same. Counsel 24 is working diligently on this matter and makes this request in good faith.
