(Doc. 23 70.) Therein, the Court directed that Petitioner pursue state court exhaustion without delay, and 24 file in this Court a motion to lift the stay within thirty (30) days following resolution of the 25 unexhausted claims in state court. (Id. at 12.) 26 1 A CDCR California Incarcerated Records and Information Search (“CIRIS”) shows that Petitioner is incarcerated at 27 the California Correctional Institution, Tehachapi, CA, in the care and custody of Warden Brian Cates.
