Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights
13
action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge
14
pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302.

On April 4, 2018, the previously-assigned magistrate judge filed findings and
16
recommendations herein which were served on the parties and which contained notice that any
17
objections to the findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days. Plaintiff
18
has not filed objections.

The Court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be
supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. The April 4, 2018, findings and recommendations (ECF No. 34) are adopted in full;

2. Plaintiff’s request for injunctive relief (ECF No. 32) is denied.
