Upon the Petition of PHILLIP A. TALBERT, United States Attorney for the Eastern District
18 of California, including the Declaration of Revenue Officer Danielle Moser, it is hereby:

ORDERED that the Respondent, JAMES W. INGRAM, appear before United States District
20 Judge Anthony W. Ishii, in that Judge’s courtroom in the United States Courthouse, 2500 Tulare
21 Street, Fresno, CA 93721, on Monday, November 6, 2017, at 1:30 p.m., and that Respondent show
22 cause as follows:

Why Respondent, JAMES W. INGRAM, should not be held in civil contempt of this
24 Court for his failure to comply with the Order filed March 10, 2017, CR 17, directing Respondent to
25 comply with the I.R.S. Summonses issued on January 27, 2016.

Why the Respondent should not be incarcerated and ordered to pay a daily fine until
27 he complies with the Order, and ordered to pay a compensatory fine to the United States.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within seven (7) calendar days after the filing of this
2 Order, the Respondent shall file and serve a written response to the Order Adopting Findings and
3 Recommendations and Enforcing Internal Revenue Summons filed March 10, 2017, CR 17. Only
4 those issues brought into controversy by the responsive papers and supported by declaration will be
5 considered at the hearing on this Order, and any uncontested allegation in the Petition will be
6 considered admitted.

Respondent is hereby notified that a failure to comply with the Order will subject Respondent
8 to possible further sanctions for contempt of Court.
