Percipient witness Jaime Lopez indicated he will be out of the 20 country from December 4, 2017 through January 5, 2018. His deposition was previously noticed 21 to occur on December 7, 2017. Plaintiff Gerald Owings, whose deposition was noticed to occur 22 on December 5, 2017, is also unavailable for deposition until January 2018. 23 continuance requested by the parties will promote the interests of justice and allow the parties 24 appropriate time to properly prepare this case and complete outstanding discovery.
