On December 28, 2016, Plaintiff Theresa Mary Ramirez filed a notice of dismissal

dismissing her case without prejudice. (ECF No. 50.) No other party has appeared in this case. In

19

light of Plaintiff’s notice, this action has been terminated, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i);

20

Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed without

21

prejudice. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to close this case.
