The parties to the above-captioned action, by and through their undersigned

attorneys, hereby stipulate, subject to the Court’s approval, that Defendant shall

24

have an extension of time to September 8, 2017 to file and serve a pleading in

25

response to Plaintiff’s Opening Brief. Additional time is needed due to defense

26

counsel’s brief illness and resulting scheduling conflict. Defense counsel needs

27

additional time to adequately consider the complete record, pleadings, and the

28

agency’s position. Plaintiff’s counsel does not object and agrees that all

2

subsequent filing deadlines should be extended accordingly.
