IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties, through their undersigned

attorneys, and with the approval of the Court, that the Commissioner of Social Security has
22
agreed to a voluntary remand of this case pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
23
On remand, the Appeals Council will remand the case to an administrative law judge
24
(ALJ) for a new decision. The Appeals Council will instruct the ALJ to further evaluate whether
25
Plaintiff has the residual functional capacity to perform her past relevant work and, if
26
appropriate, obtain supplemental vocational expert testimony.

The parties further request that the Clerk of the Court be directed to enter a final
2
judgment in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant, reversing the final decision of the
3
Commissioner.

remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security for further administrative action consistent
23
with the above Stipulation. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter a final judgment in favor

of Plaintiff, and against Defendant, reversing the final decision of the Commissioner.
