19 which is set for oral argument on February 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. The Court, having reviewed
20 the record, finds this matter suitable for decision without oral argument. See Local Rule 230(g).
21 Accordingly, the previously scheduled hearing set on February 21, 2018, will be vacated and the
22 parties will not be required to appear at that time.
