U.S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, et al., Defendants. 14 15 16 Review of this case reveals that it is related under this Court’s Local Rule 123 to, among others, the actions entitled Stand Up for California! v. U.S. Dep’t of Interior, 2:16-cv-2681-AWI-EPG 17 (E.D. Cal.), North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians v. State of Califonia, 1:15-cv-419-AWI-SAB, and 18 Picayune Rancheria of Chukchansi Indians v. U.S. Dep’t of Interior, 1:16-cv-950-AWI-EPG. The 19 actions involve the same or similar parties, properties, claims, events and/or questions of fact or law. 20 Accordingly, assignment of the actions to the same district judge and magistrate judge will promote 21 convenience, efficiency and economy for the Court and parties. An order relating cases under this 22 Court’s Local Rule 123 merely assigns them to the same district judge and magistrate judge, and no 23 consolidation of cases is effected. 24 On the basis of good cause, this Court ORDERS that the above-captioned action is reassigned 25 1 1 to Senior U.S. District Judge Anthony W. Ishii and U.S. Magistrate Judge Erica P. Grosjean with a 2 new case number 1:16-cv-1908-AWI-EPG. All documents shall bear the new case number 1:16-cv- 3 1908-AWI-EPG and the reassignment to Senior U.S. District Judge Anthony W. Ishii and U.S. 4 Magistrate Judge Erica P.
