IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective
counsel, that the time for Defendant to serve her response to appellant's
letter brief on appellant be extended fourteen (14) days from September 5, 2017, until and
including September 19, 2017. This is Defendant's first request for an extension of time.
Counsel for the Defendant failed to note the correct date on his calendar when the response was
