BANK OF AMERICA, et al., 9 Defendants. 10 11 12 The Court has ordered Plaintiff Salma Agha-Khan to show cause why he should not be held in 13 criminal contempt for language contained in her filings. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 14 42(a)(2), the Court requests that the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California 15 prosecute the contempt. The Court has set a status conference on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at 16 8:30A.M. to schedule a substantive hearing on the matter.
