Plaintiff’s appeal of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security was

18 granted in part and remanded to the Commissioner on February 14, 2018. On May 15, 2018, the
19 parties filed a stipulation for the award of attorney fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice
20 Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). (ECF No. 25.)
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to the stipulation of the parties,
21
22 Plaintiff is awarded attorney fees pursuant to the EAJA in the amount of $4,800.00.
