The parties filed a stipulation for an extension of time for Plaintiff to serve her confidential

letter brief, extending the deadline to July 16, 2016. (Doc. 11) Notably, the Scheduling Order permits
19
a single extension by the stipulation of parties (Doc. 5 at 4), and this is the first extension requested by
20
either party. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS:

1.
The request for an extension of time is GRANTED; and

2.
Plaintiff SHALL serve a confidential letter brief, and file proof of service, no later than
July 19, 2017.
