TO SENTENCE FOUR OF

Plaintiff Vanessa Ramirez and Defendant Nancy A. Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of

Social Security (the Commissioner), stipulate, with the approval of this Court, to remand the

3

above-captioned case to the Commissioner, pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for

4

further proceedings.

5

On remand, the administrative law judge (ALJ) will implement the remand instructions

6

articulated in this Court’s March 6, 2015, order and determine whether Plaintiff could perform

7

any jobs that existed in significant numbers in the national economy with a limitation to

8

occasional reaching in all directions (Exhibit 12A, Certified Administrative Record 668-685).

This case is remanded pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) consistent with the

terms of the parties’ stipulation outlined above. (Doc. 22). The Clerk of this Court is DIRECTED

to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff, Vanessa Ramirez, and against Nancy A. Berryhill,

5

Commissioner of Social Security, and to close this action.
