(“Defendant,” and together with Plaintiff, “the 3 Parties”), by and through their counsel of record, previously entered into a stipulation granting 4 Defendant to and including April 7, 2017 to file a responsive pleading in this matter (Dkt. 6); 5 WHEREAS, the Parties are engaged in settlement negotiations and are hopeful that a 6 settlement can be reached informally, and desire to conserve attorney’s fees which would be 7 incurred in filing the responsive pleading while they exhaust settlement efforts; 8 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the Parties 9 that Defendant may have to and including April 21, 2017 to file a responsive pleading in this 10 matter.
