Plaintiff’s motion to continue the scheduling conference shall be denied as moot. 26 27 28 Additionally, Plaintiff is directed to Rule 5(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure regarding service of the amended complaint. 1 Based on the foregoing, Plaintiff’s motion to continue is HEREBY 1 2 DENIED AS MOOT. 3 4 5 6 IT IS SO ORDERED.
