("Defendant") (collectively, "Parties") 23 stipulate pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure, Rule 261 (a)(1)(C) to extend the deadline 24 from June 6, 2017 to June 30, 2017 for the Initial Disclosures required by Rule 26 (a)(1), and 25 request that the Court enter an Order that the Initial Disclosures required by Rule 26 (a)(1) are due 26 by June 30, 2017. 27 28 1 Hereinafter, F.R.C.P.
