See Order at ECF No. 19, p. 2. Plaintiffs filed their 24 amended Complaint (ECF No. 20) on May 15, 2017. The amended Complaint asserts an individual25 capacity claim for damages against a new defendant, Susan Seletsky. In order to allow time for the 26 Department of Justice (“DOJ”) in Washington, D.C., to process Ms. Seletsky’s request for DOJ 27 representation in this matter, the parties request that the Court extend by fourteen (14) days the time 28 for defendants’ response to the amended Complaint, to June 29, 2017. 1 30 Respectfully submitted, 1 2 Dated: June 14, 2017 PHILLIP A.
