Patterson is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with this civil rights 19 20 action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge 21 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 22 On May 26, 2017, this court adopted findings and recommendations which recommended 23 that plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis be denied under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) and that 24 plaintiff be required to pay the required $400.00 filing fee in full to proceed with this action. 25 (Doc. No. 6.) Accordingly, plaintiff was ordered to pay the $400 in full within thirty days or 26 warned that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of this action.
