Drozd, United States District Court Judge. 1 STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO CONTINUE SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE 1 The Pretrial Conference in this matter is presently scheduled for July 9, 2018 at 1:30 pm in 2 Courtroom 5, before the Honorable Dale A. Drozd, United States District Judge. 3 Parties have conferred and agreed that the settlement conference currently set for October 4 12, 2017, will be unsuccessful due to the need for additional discovery and the possible addition of 5 another defendant. Parties wish to continue the settlement conference in an effort to allow for 6 discovery to be completed, and all proper parties to be brought into this action. There have been 7 no prior continuances in this matter. 8 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND STIPULATED by Plaintiffs and 9 Defendant, by and through their respective counsel, that the Parties request an Order that: 10 1.
