(“CEC”), previously 24 stipulated to continue the Mandatory Scheduling Conference, which is now set for June 13, 25 2017 (Dkt. 10); 26 WHEREAS, CEC was dismissed from the matter on May 16, 2017 (Dkt. 13); 27 WHEREAS, the remaining Parties are engaged in settlement negotiations and are 28 hopeful that a settlement can be reached informally, and desire to conserve attorney’s fees Page 1 1 which would be incurred in filing the responsive pleading while they exhaust settlement efforts, 2 and to conserve Court resources; 3 NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, by and through their respective counsel, stipulate to 4 a continuance of the Mandatory Scheduling Conference currently set for June 13, 2017 to a date 5 at the Court’s convenience on or after July 13, 2017.
