On June 9, 2017, this Court conducted a settlement conference with the parties at

16 Corcoran State Prison. Subsequent to the settlement conference on June 13, 2017, the court and
17 the parties conducted another settlement conference telephonically at which time the parties
18 agreed to settle the case. The terms of the agreement were placed on the record on June 13,
19 2017.

Based upon the settlement of this action, it is HEREBY ORDERED that:
21
1.
All pending matters and dates in this action are VACATED; and
22
2.
Dispositional documents shall be filed within thirty (30) days from the date of
service of this order.
