Defendants.

16
This action was initiated on February 27, 2017 with the filing of what appears to
17
be a civil rights complaint brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (ECF No. 1.) On June
18
9, 2017, the action was dismissed without prejudice based on Plaintiff’s failure to file an
19
application to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the filing fee and his failure to file a
20
signed complaint, as he was ordered to do on March 9, 2017. (ECF No. 7.)
21
On June 12, 2017, Plaintiff submitted to the Court a stack of documents
22
approximately two inches thick. The documents appear to contain several complaints
23
signed by various individuals and numerous exhibits, including original documents and
24
photographs. The documents are assembled haphazardly and the Court is unable to
25
discern the purpose of the exhibits. The Court cannot and will not serve as a repository
26
for Plaintiff’s evidence, particularly since this case has been closed.

The matter is closed and Plaintiff’s documents will not be filed. The Clerk of Court

is HEREBY DIRECTED to return the documents to Plaintiff at the address provided on
