20 MEXICAN CUISINE; ANTHONY LAMBETECCHIO, aka ANTHONY LAMBE, shall have an
21 extension of time, to and including June 5, 2017, to respond to Plaintiff RACHEL BRYANT’s
22 Complaint.

A Court Order is required as the extension exceeds twenty-right (28) days. A Court Order will

24 not affect any date or event set by the Court Order, including the scheduling conference. This
25 extension is sought to afford the parties an opportunity to explore settlement.
