On June 29, 2017, Plaintiff filed a stipulation dismissing this action with prejudice

17 against Defendant Equifax Information Services LLC only with each party to bear its own costs
18 and fees. (ECF No. 54.) Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure allows a party to
19 dismiss some or all of the defendants or claims in an action through a stipulation of dismissal
20 signed by all parties who have appeared.
Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is HEREBY ORDERED to terminate Defendant
21
22 Equifax Information Services LLC in this action.
