(ECF No. 38.) 18 On June 8, 2017, Plaintiff and Defendant Trans Union, LLC filed a stipulation dismissing 19 Trans Union, LLC from this case with prejudice. (ECF No. 39.) 20 Pursuant to the stipulations, all claims of Plaintiff against Defendants Equifax Information 21 Services, LLC and Trans Union, LLC have been dismissed with prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 22 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); Wilson v.
