BENSON, et al., Defendants. 13 (Docs. 53, 54) 14 15 Plaintiff Efren Danielle Bullard is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 16 17 18 pauperis in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On October 19, 2018, the Magistrate Judge filed Findings and Recommendations which 19 20 21 were served on the parties and which contained notice to the parties that objections were to be filed within fourteen days. Neither side filed any objections. Local Rule 304(b), (d). In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), the Court has conducted a 22 23 24 de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the Court finds the Findings and Recommendations to be supported by the record and by proper analysis.
