The parties have reported that they have resolved this case. Though they reported they intended

to file a notice of settlement by September 15, 2019, that has not occurred. Thus, the Court ORDERS:

The motion for preliminary approval of the class settlement SHALL be filed no

later than October 29, 2019;
2.

All pending dates, conferences and hearings are VACATED.

The parties are advised that failure to comply with this order may result in the Court imposing

24

sanctions, including the dismissal of the action.
