19 12.) Due to the filing of the first amended complaint, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the
20 scheduling conference set for July 10, 2017, is CONTINUED to August 14, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. in
21 Courtroom 9. The parties shall file a joint scheduling report one week before the new scheduling
