Plaintiff Gerardo Gonzales (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se, initiated this civil action on

March 16, 2017. Plaintiff also sought leave to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §
18
1915. (Doc. 2).

On April 6, 2017, the Court issued findings and recommendations recommending that
20
Plaintiff’s application to proceed without prepaying fees or costs be denied. The findings and
21
recommendations were served on Plaintiff and contained notice that any objections were to be
22
filed within fourteen (14) days. (Doc. 4).
23
On April 17, 2017, Plaintiff filed objections to the findings and recommendations, along
24
with a supporting declaration.1 However, the document is not signed by Plaintiff. Unsigned
25
filings cannot be considered by the Court. Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(a); Local Rule 131(b).

Accordingly, if Plaintiff wishes to submit objections and a supporting declaration, then he

must file signed versions of those documents within fourteen (14) days following service of this
