3 Defendants Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware Corporation and Wilmington Trust Investment
4 Advisors, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Defendants”) by and through their respective counsel of
5 record, stipulate as follows:

WHEREAS, on March 16, 2017, Plaintiffs filed their Complaint in this Court;

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure governing responsive pleading

8 deadlines, Defendants’ original response to the Complaint was due May 19, 2017;

WHEREAS, on May 17, 2017, the Parties filed a Stipulation To Extend Time For

A limited liability partnership formed in the State of Delaware

10 Defendants To Respond To Complaint By Not More Than 28 Days, which extended the time for the
11 Defendants to file a response to the Complaint until and including June 16, 2017;

WHEREAS, the Parties wish to likewise defer the Scheduling Conference before United

13 States Magistrate Judge Stanley A. Boone, originally scheduled for June 5, 2017, until July 10, 2017
14 to allow the Defendants adequate time to investigate the Plaintiffs’ allegations.
