On April 25, 2017, Defendant CarMax Auto Superstores California, LLC (“Defendant

14

15 CarMax”) filed a motion to dismiss and a motion to strike. (ECF Nos. 11, 12.) On May 10,
16 2017, the Court reset the hearings on the motion to dismiss and motion to strike for June 21,
17 2017, before the undersigned. (ECF No. 17.) On June 5, 2017, the Plaintiffs and Defendant
18 CarMax filed a stipulation to continue the hearing date and briefing schedule on the motion to
19 dismiss and motion to strike. (ECF No. 18.) Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the
20 hearings as to Defendant CarMax’s motion to dismiss and motion to strike are CONTINUED
21 from June 21, 2017, to August 16, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. before the undersigned in Courtroom 9,
22 and the briefing schedule will be based on the new hearing date.
