JUAN ALZATE, ORDER GRANTING APPLICATION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS (ECF No. 5) Defendant. 15 16 Case No. 1:17-cv-00548-LJO-EPG On April 18, 2017, Plaintiff Shanell Walker filed a Complaint. (ECF No. 1.) On that same 17 date, Plaintiff filed an incomplete application to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”) in lieu of 18 paying the filing fee to commence an action in this Court. (ECF No. 2.) The Court required 19 Plaintiff to fully complete her application, which she did on May 8, 2017. (ECF No. 5.) Based on 20 the information provided in the application, Plaintiff has made the required showing pursuant to 21 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a). Accordingly, the request to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. The 22 Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to issue summonses and civil new case documents to Plaintiff 23 and to set a status conference re: consent/initial scheduling at an appropriate time and date in 24 Courtroom 10 before Magistrate Judge Erica P.
