Plaintiff James Bowell is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis with
19
this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States
20
Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302.
21
On January 19, 2021, findings and recommendations were entered, recommending that
22
plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment be denied. (Doc. No. 88.) The parties were granted
23
fourteen days in which to file objections to the findings and recommendations. (Id.) The
24
fourteen-day time period has passed, and no objections have been filed.
25
In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 304, this
26
Court has conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the
27
Court finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and proper analysis.
