On January 29, 2018, the Court entered an Order approving the terms and

conditions of the Joint Stipulation Re: Settlement and Release of PAGA Claims (“PAGA
3
Settlement”). (Dkt. No. 24.) for the claims pled in the Eighth Claim. The PAGA
4
Settlement is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
5
The Court hereby enters Judgment as follows:

1.
The terms of the judgment are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.

2.
This Judgment is not a finding of any wrongdoing by Defendants, but is a
8
9
result of a stipulated settlement and judgment reached by the parties.
3.
Thirty days after entry of the date of this Judgment (“Effective Date”), the
10
LWDA, Ron Messick, and Jeramy Riley fully release and forever discharge TechnipFMC
11
US Holdings LLC, FMC Technologies Measurement Solutions, Inc., Technip USA, Inc.,
12
FMC Technologies, Inc., and all of their parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates,
13
holding companies, predecessors, successors, assigns, employees, officers, directions,
14
and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims brought under the California
15
Private Attorneys General Act, California Labor Code § 2698 et seq., for any violations
16
of California labor Code sections 210 [deleted 201 and put 210 consistent with the
17
stipulation], 215, 216, 226.3, 226.6, 550-553, 1197.1, and the California Industrial
18
Welfare Commission Wage Orders that took place between March 14, 2016, through the
19
Effective Date (“Released Claims”). As a result of this release, Ron Messick and Jeramy
20
Riley will be unable to bring a claim under, or recover in any claim brought under, the
21
California Private Attorneys General Act, California Labor Code § 2698 et seq., for any
22
violations of the Released Claims through 30 days from the entry of this judgment.

The Eighth Claim for PAGA violations is hereby dismissed with prejudice,
but the court reserves jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the PAGA settlement.
IT IS SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED.
