On October 2, 2017, the parties stipulated for a 62-day extension of time for Defendant to file
18
the administrative record. (Doc. 9) The Commissioner asserts that “additional time is needed to
19
prepare the administrative record.” (Id. at 1) According to the Commissioner, “[t]he agency cannot
20
currently locate the file, and is working with counsel to recreate the record in order to avoid a remand
21
under sentence six of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).” (Id.) Good cause appearing, the Court ORDERS:

1.
The request for an extension of time is GRANTED; and

2.
Defendant SHALL the administrative record no later than December 4, 2017.
