(Doc. 9) The Commissioner asserts that “additional time is needed to 19 prepare the administrative record.” (Id. at 1) According to the Commissioner, “[t]he agency cannot 20 currently locate the file, and is working with counsel to recreate the record in order to avoid a remand 21 under sentence six of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).” (Id.) Good cause appearing, the Court ORDERS: 22 1. The request for an extension of time is GRANTED; and 23 2.
