COUNTY OF KERN, et al., 14 Defendants. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Case No.: 1:17-cv-0715-LJO- JLT ORDER DIRECTING THE CLERK TO CLOSE THE ACTION (Doc. 30) 15 16 Tamra Camp, the County of Kern, Kern County Probation Department, David Kuge, and Reyes 17 Soberon Jr. stipulated to dismiss the action with prejudice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), 18 under which “the plaintiff may dismiss an action without a court order by filing . . . a stipulation of 19 dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared.” (See Doc. 30) Because all parties signed the 20 stipulation, it “automatically terminate[d] the action.” Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 21 (9th Cir. 1997); Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
