The Court found Plaintiff’s application 19 was not adequately completed and Plaintiff was ordered to file a long form application to 20 proceed in forma pauperis. On June 14, 2017, Plaintiff filed a long form application to proceed 21 without prepayment of fees. Plaintiff’s application demonstrates entitlement to proceed without 22 prepayment of fees. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 24 1. Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED; 25 2.
