On November 30, 2017, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal, in which

Plaintiff seeks to voluntarily dismiss the matter with prejudice and with each party bearing their
21
own attorney’s fees and costs. (Doc. 11.) As such, Plaintiff has voluntarily dismissed this action
22
with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). The Court therefore
23
DIRECTS the Clerk to close this case.
