Chavira (“Defendants”) from the above-captioned action pursuant to 23 settlement with Defendants; 24 25 WHEREAS, Plaintiff received the fully-executed settlement agreement signed by Defendants, on September 6, 2019; 26 WHEREAS, Plaintiff has been unable in numerous attempts to obtain a signed joint 27 stipulation to dismiss the entire action from Defendants since September 2019, pursuant to 28 Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL OF ENTIRE ACTION [FED. R. CIV.
