(Doc. 11) Notably, the Scheduling Order permits a single 19 thirty-day extension by the stipulation of parties, and good cause is required for any further extension. 20 (Doc. 5-1 at 4) Defendant contends the Commissioner made “diligent efforts” to prepare the record, 21 but was unable to meet the deadline. (Doc. 11 at 1) Good cause appearing, the Court ORDERS: 22 1. The request for an extension of time is GRANTED; and 23 2.
