IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, and

with the approval of the Court, that Defendant shall have a second extension of time of 10 days
23
to file her responsive brief. Defendant respectfully requests this extension of time because of a
24
very heavy accumulated workload as a result of the undersigned’s 17 day absence from the
25
office in Taiwan. This additional time will permit Defendant to adequately evaluate the record
26
and respond to Plaintiff’s opening brief.
