COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL SECURITY, (ECF Nos. 2, 4) Defendant. 15 16 17 Plaintiff Debra Mills (“Plaintiff”) filed the complaint in this action on August 14, 2017, 18 challenging the Commissioner of Social Security’s denial of benefits. (ECF No. 1.) Plaintiff did 19 not pay the filing fee in this action and instead filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis 20 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. (ECF No. 2.) The Court found that Plaintiff’s application was 21 insufficient to determine if she was entitled to proceed in this action without prepayment of fees, 22 and Plaintiff was ordered to file a long form application. (ECF No. 3.) Plaintiff filed a long 23 form application on August 21, 2017. (ECF No. 4.) 24 The Court has reviewed the long form application and finds that it demonstrates 25 entitlement to proceed without prepayment of fees. 26 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 27 1. Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED; 28 2.
