Edwards. (Doc. 9.) On February 27, 2018, the Court entered 13 an order directing the Government to file its motion for default judgment as to Defendants 14 Central Cinema, LP, and David J. Edwards by no later than March 21, 2018. (Doc. 16.) 15 Before the Court is the Joint Stipulation between the Government and Defendant 16 State of California, Franchise Tax Board (Doc. 18), requesting an extension of time for the 17 Government to file its motion for default judgment. 18 Based on the parties’ stipulation, and for good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED 19 that the deadline for the Government to file its motion for default judgment is extended to April 20 4, 2018.
