On September 18, 2017, Plaintiff filed this Civil Rights Complaint pursuant to 42

U.S.C. section 1983 against Defendants Rosas, Meservey, and Davis for interfering with
16
Plaintiff’s outgoing mail and retaliating against him. (ECF No. 1.)
17
Under Local Rule 123, this case is related to the actions entitled Gradford v.
18
McDougall, 17-cv-0201-DAD-GSA-PC, and Gradford v. Stanislaus County Sheriff’s
19
Department, 17-cv-0414-DAD-GSA-PC. These actions are based on the same
20
underlying facts and involve overlapping questions of law and fact.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
