Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas corpus

16 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
On January 25, 2018, Respondent filed an answer to the petition wherein Respondent

17

18 states that certain state court documents will be lodged with the Court. (ECF No. 17). However,
19 the Court has yet to receive any documents. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that
20 within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, Respondent SHALL LODGE with the Clerk
21 of Court any and all transcripts or other documents necessary for the resolution of the issues
22 presented in the petition.
